Truckers
Morning all. Just a brief update for everybody heading off to Truck festival this weekend (or for those of you who were undecided either way but might be swayed by the prospect of being able to watch a slightly scruffy six-piece mumble into a microphone between bursts of EUPHORICSTRINGSPOPNOISE). We are going to be playing the main stage on Saturday at 1pm (the ‘alternative headline slot’ as it’s known in the trade). For those not in the know, Truck Festival blends music and heavy duty haulage vehicles in much the same way as Meat Loaf’s appearance in the 1998 Patrick Swayze-starring movie ‘Black Dog’ did. But with less Macho Man Randy Savage. Hopefully see you there!
Proper posts on these soon, but we’ll be playing at the Fat Out festival in Manchester on August 7th, and playing a warm-up gig for Green Man at The Others in Stoke Newington on August 11th – put them in your diary!
